Staging Test Privacy Notice

This notice applies only to the BKE Digital Solutions test site at https://bke-digital-solutions.jlprojectfreedom.workers.dev.

Google handles sign-in. BKE receives the Google account identifier and the profile details returned for sign-in, such as your email address and name. BKE uses these to create and secure the test account and associate it with BKE sessions and permissions. BKE does not ask for or store your Google password.

The test stores account, session and security records. Document acceptance records include the accepted document version, timestamp and request information such as IP address and user agent. Browser session cookies and operational security logs support authentication and diagnosis.

Cloudflare hosts the application, Neon stores its relational test data, and Upstash provides Redis state. Google processes sign-in under its own policies. Test data may be reset during migration. Do not submit customer records, payment-card details or confidential files.
